got this recipe off of the package of frozen cod. We had it for dinner yesterday. It was good, already thinking about making it again!

Ingredients For mexican baked fish

  • 1 lb
    cod or fish of your choice
  • 1 c
    salsa
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 c
    crushed tortilla chips

How To Make mexican baked fish

    preheat oven to 400, spray large baking dish with cooking spray
  • 2
    rinse fish and pat dry
  • 3
    place fish single layer into pan
  • 4
    cover fish with salsa, then cheese, then crushed tortillas
  • 5
    bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until fish is flakey
  • 6
    top with guacamole and sour cream if desiered
