- 1 pound cod or fish of your choice
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
How To Make mexican baked fish

Step 1preheat oven to 400, spray large baking dish with cooking spray

Step 2rinse fish and pat dry

Step 3place fish single layer into pan

Step 4cover fish with salsa, then cheese, then crushed tortillas

Step 5bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until fish is flakey
