A creamy, tasty, "light" fillet of fish. You can also use flounder or any white fish.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 - hard-boiled egg, peeled and mashed
  • 3 dashes hot pepper sauce
  • 1 - tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 - onion, diced
  • 2 pounds fresh cod fillets
  • - paprika for garnish

How To Make light creamy cod fillets

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 3350. Spray a lg baking dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, mash all ingredients, except fish and paprika.
  • Step 2
    Place fish evenly in baking dish. Spoon sauce over fish. Sprinkle w/ paprika. Bake 20 mins, or until fish flakes easily.
