Ingredients
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 - hard-boiled egg, peeled and mashed
- 3 dashes hot pepper sauce
- 1 - tomato, finely chopped
- 1 - onion, diced
- 2 pounds fresh cod fillets
- - paprika for garnish
How To Make light creamy cod fillets

Step 1Heat oven to 3350. Spray a lg baking dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, mash all ingredients, except fish and paprika.

Step 2Place fish evenly in baking dish. Spoon sauce over fish. Sprinkle w/ paprika. Bake 20 mins, or until fish flakes easily.
