How to Make Lemon Herb Fish de Provence
- 1Turn oven on to 350 degrees or low broil. Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with the cooking spray.
- 2Place fillet(s) on baking sheet and sprinkle lightly with each of the seasonings.
- 3Bake or broil till fish is heated through, lightly browned and flakes easily with a fork. About 20 minutes to a half hour.
