How to Make Le Orange Roughy

  • 1In a bowl, combine the thawed orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, minced garlic, Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb, and Mrs. Dash Table Blend together. Pour marinade in the ziploc bag, place the 4 orange roughy fillets in the bag and close bag, releasing some air. Completely saturate the fillets in the bag with the marinade.
  • 2( I like to prep this the night before so the fish can marinate overnight, enhancing the flavor.)
  • 3Preheat oven to 425* F. Place the Orange roughy in the 9x11 inch pan w/ all the marinade. Cover the pan with the foil tightly. Place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes. Serve w/ a sprig of mint.
