I love the coleslaw on these subs, it gives the subs a nice crunch. Makes the subs healthier too!

  • 1-1/2 c
    coleslaw mix w.out dressing
  • 1
    9-1/4 oz can water-packed tuna, drained, flaked
  • 2 Tbsp
    lite mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    ken's creamy italian dressing or creamy ranch dressing, reduced-fat style
  • 2 large
    sub rolls, split and toasted
  • 2 oz
    thinly sliced cheddar cheese

How to Make Hot tuna subs


  1. In bowl, mix together mayonnaise and salad dressing. In another bowl, mix together tuna and coleslaw mix. Toss tuna mix w/ mayonnaise mix until combined.
  2. Spread tuna mix evenly on the slices of bread. Place bread on a rack of a broiler pan. Heat oven to broil.
  3. Broil subs 4" from heat 2-3 mins. Top w/ cheese slices and broil 1 min, or until cheese is melted.
