Grilled Salmon

Jane Whittaker

I do salmon several ways and this makes such a nice crust on the outside.
I use a stove top grill, but any grill would work just fine. i spray the grill with spray before I heat it up.

  2. Oil the outside grill grates, or if using a stove top grill, spray with pam.
    Heat grill to med high.
  3. Grill the salmon on both sides, being sure to rotate the salmon 1/4 turn on each side to get nice hash marks on it.
