- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
- 1 cup oil
How To Make fish and chips

Step 1Herat oil in skillet Mix flour and water

Step 2dredge fish in flour and dip into mix place gently into HOT OIL allow to brown and flip over cooking until brown Remove and place on plate to drain oils off.

Step 3serve with fries and vinegar for traditional taste or tartor sauce
