- 8 ounces filet of snapper
- 1 teaspoon salt free seasoning, like mrs. dash
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 1/2 small yellow pepper,or any diced
- small tomato diced
- 1 tablespoon butter, divided
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, divided
- 1/2 lemon
How To Make filet of snapper topped with veggies

Step 1pat dry snapper, season both sides, set aside

Step 2in a small sauce pan, put half each butter and olive oil, saute the onions, tomatoes & peppers till soft a few minutes.

Step 3in a cast iron skillet ( or regular) add in the rest of the butter and olive oil, on med high cook filet 3 mins aside, top with the sauteed veggies.
