- 1-1/2 pound cod fillets
- 2 cups spicy salsa
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make easy, spicy cod fillets

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a casserole dish w/ cooking spray.

Step 2Rinse cod and pat dry. Place cod in casserole dish.

Step 3Pour salsa over cod. Sprinkle w/ parsley, salt and pepper. Bake for 30 min, or until fish flakes easily.
