Ingredients For easy, spicy cod fillets

  • 1-1/2 lb
    cod fillets
  • 2 c
    spicy salsa
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make easy, spicy cod fillets

    Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a casserole dish w/ cooking spray.

    Rinse cod and pat dry. Place cod in casserole dish.

    Pour salsa over cod. Sprinkle w/ parsley, salt and pepper. Bake for 30 min, or until fish flakes easily.
