How to Make easy, spicy cod fillets

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a casserole dish w/ cooking spray.
  2. Rinse cod and pat dry. Place cod in casserole dish.
  3. Pour salsa over cod. Sprinkle w/ parsley, salt and pepper. Bake for 30 min, or until fish flakes easily.
