easy, creamy tuna casserole
I love using Philadelphia cooking creme in my casseroles, it gives them a nice creaminess. I made this a little healthier, but it still tastes great.

Ingredients
- 1 - 10 oz tub philadelphia cooking creme
- 2 cups no-yolk noodles, cooked, drained
- 2 - 5 oz cans tuna in water, drained, flaked
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 - 4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/3 cup crushed reduced-fat ritz crackers
- 1-1/2 tablespoon melted butter
How To Make easy, creamy tuna casserole

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 1-1/2-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In casserole dish, combine first 5 ingredients. Mix well. Bake 20 mins.

Step 2In medium bowl, mix cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir casserole. Top w/ buttered crumbs. Bake another 5 mins.
