When I was 19 and pregnant with my daughter, her great-grandmother asked if I knew how to fry fish. I lied and said yes! She asked if I would not mind frying up some fish and of course, I nervously agreed. To my surprise, every one LOVED my fried fish. That was 16 years ago, and everyone still raves about the fish every time I cook it. I hope you all enjoy.

  7. Turn; cook until fish browns and most of the bubbling has stopped, about 4 more minutes.
