Ingredients

  • 4 large
    potatoes
  • 2 can(s)
    tuna, drained
  • 1/2 c
    red onion, chopped
  • 3/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make Creamy Onion Too-Nay-Toes

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Pierce potatoes and wrap in a damp paper towel; microwave per unit's cooking instructions for a potato. (usually about 8 minutes per potato)
  3. Place potatoes in oven 10 minutes to crisp the skins.
  4. Remove potatoes from oven, slice open lengthwise and scoop out the potato flesh.
  5. Combine in a large bowl potato with tuna, red onion, onion powder and sour cream. Divide mixture evenly between potato skins.
  6. Top with cheddar cheese and bake another 6 to 7 minutes until cheese is browned.
