Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make creamy onion too-nay-toes

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2Pierce potatoes and wrap in a damp paper towel; microwave per unit's cooking instructions for a potato. (usually about 8 minutes per potato)

Step 3Place potatoes in oven 10 minutes to crisp the skins.

Step 4Remove potatoes from oven, slice open lengthwise and scoop out the potato flesh.

Step 5Combine in a large bowl potato with tuna, red onion, onion powder and sour cream. Divide mixture evenly between potato skins.

Step 6Top with cheddar cheese and bake another 6 to 7 minutes until cheese is browned.
