This is a fast and easy way to make catfish, my family loves catfish, the cajun spices give it a nice taste.

Ingredients

  • 4 - large catfish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons conola oil
  • 2 teaspoons dyed thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

How To Make cajun baked catfish

  • Step 1
    In a small bowl, combine the oil and spices, then brush mixture over both sides of fish.
  • Step 2
    place fish in baking pan that has been coated with a nonstick spray.
  • Step 3
    bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
