This is a fast and easy way to make catfish, my family loves catfish, the cajun spices give it a nice taste.

    large catfish fillets
  • 2 Tbsp
    conola oil
  • 2 tsp
    dyed thyme
  • 1/2 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    hot pepper sauce

How to Make Cajun baked catfish


  1. In a small bowl, combine the oil and spices, then brush mixture over both sides of fish.
  2. place fish in baking pan that has been coated with a nonstick spray.
  3. bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
