    conola oil
  • 2 tsp
    dyed thyme
  • 1/2 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1/2 tsp
    hot pepper sauce

How To Make cajun baked catfish

    In a small bowl, combine the oil and spices, then brush mixture over both sides of fish.
