- 4 - large catfish fillets
- 2 tablespoons conola oil
- 2 teaspoons dyed thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
How To Make cajun baked catfish

Step 1In a small bowl, combine the oil and spices, then brush mixture over both sides of fish.

Step 2place fish in baking pan that has been coated with a nonstick spray.

Step 3bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
