baked parmesan cod
I just love this recipe for my baked fish , I use Cod fillets it comes out so tender and is flavorful. This works with any kind of fish.

Ingredients
- 4 - fillets of cod (fresh or frozen)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese ; grated
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions or chives
- 1/2 teaspoon lea & perrins white wine worcestershire marinade
How To Make baked parmesan cod

Step 1Rinse the fish fillets and pat dry with a paper towel.

Step 2In a small mixing bowl combine all the ingredients ( except the fish ) and mix well until smooth.

Step 3Slather the mixture all around the fillets and place in a grease a 9x9 baking dish ; spread any remaining mixture on top of fish.

Step 4Bake uncovered @ 450° for 12-15 minutes.
