baked parmesan cod

I just love this recipe for my baked fish , I use Cod fillets it comes out so tender and is flavorful. This works with any kind of fish.

Ingredients

  • 4 - fillets of cod (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese ; grated
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions or chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon lea & perrins white wine worcestershire marinade

How To Make baked parmesan cod

  • Step 1
    Rinse the fish fillets and pat dry with a paper towel.
  • Step 2
    In a small mixing bowl combine all the ingredients ( except the fish ) and mix well until smooth.
  • Step 3
    Slather the mixture all around the fillets and place in a grease a 9x9 baking dish ; spread any remaining mixture on top of fish.
  • Step 4
    Bake uncovered @ 450° for 12-15 minutes.
