Ingredients
- 10 3/4 ounces chicken broth, condensed
- 1/2 cup bisquick mix
- 2 cups diced,cooked, turkey, chicken , or ham, etc
- 1/3 cup blanched whole almonds,optional
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 16 ounces can chow mein vegetables, drained well
- 4 ounces can mushroom stems and pieces,drained
- 2 ounces jar sliced pimientos, drained, optional
- 1 to 2 cups chow mein noodles, crunchy kind
How To Make turkey chow mein casserole

Step 1Stir broth slowly into Bisquick; pour into an ungreased 1 1/2 quart casseroles. (Mixture will be slightly lumpy- that's a good thing). Stir in remaining ingredients, except noodles. Bake uncovered in a 375^ oven about 40 minutes. Sprinkle noodles over top and bake 5 minutes more. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Serve with soy sauce, if desired. A nice tossed salad on the side- fantastic!
