  • 1 - 3 lb roasting chicked cut into pieces
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cummin powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chile power
  • 1 - clove crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon crushed fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

How To Make tandoon chicken

  • Step 1
    combine all the spices and yogurt,
  • Step 2
    place the chicken into the spice mixture and mix the chicken well in the spices.
  • Step 3
    the chicken must marinate in a covered dish in the refrigrator for 6 hrs, or over night.
  • Step 4
    set oven to 350, place chicken on a 9x13" pan and cover with foil, bake for 45 minutes or until done.
