    3 lb roasting chicked cut into pieces
  • 2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 tsp
    cummin powder
  • 1 tsp
    red chile power
  • 1
    clove crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp
    crushed fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 c
    plain yogurt

How to Make Tandoon Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. combine all the spices and yogurt,
  2. place the chicken into the spice mixture and mix the chicken well in the spices.
  3. the chicken must marinate in a covered dish in the refrigrator for 6 hrs, or over night.
  4. set oven to 350, place chicken on a 9x13" pan and cover with foil, bake for 45 minutes or until done.
