I love sweet and sour recipes and it was all I made when I first got married. My husband still teases me saying that I used to Sweet and Sour him to death. Now, it is a welcomed change when I do make this dish. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 small green or red pepper, cut into 2 inch strips
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 can pineapple chunks in juice ( 8 oz ) undrained
- 4 cups hot cooked rice
How To Make sweet and sour chicken

Step 1Mix cornstarch and broth. Heat oil in skillet.

Step 2Add chicken and stir-fry until browned.

Step 3Add broth mixture, pineapple, sugar, vinegar and pepper. Heat to a boil. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens.

Step 4Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until done.

Step 5Serve over rice.
