supreme chicken mushroom zucchini bake

I usually JUST make a side dish of Zucchini Bake, but wanted more of a main dish, so I added mushrooms and chicken. Thyme along with Garlic Parsley Salt make this dish so flavorful!

Ingredients For supreme chicken mushroom zucchini bake

  • 2 lg
    zucchini, thick sliced and quartered
  • 2 lg
    boneless chicken breasts-cooked and cubed
  • 1/2 lg
    yellow onion-chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    thyme, leaves
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic parsley salt
  • 1 pt
    mushrooms-sliced
  • 2 c
    cheddar-shredded
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 2 c
    ritz crackers-2 sleeves- crushed

How To Make supreme chicken mushroom zucchini bake

    In a large Pot, add cut Zucchini. Cover Slightly with Water. Bring to a rolling boil, turn off, and drain completely. Set aside.

    Cook Chicken. In a Large Bowl, combined Ritz, eggs,and cooked cubed chicken. Stir to coat.

    In a skillet, sauté onion mushrooms and until softened and fragrant. sprinkle in thyme and garlic parsley salt.

    Preheat Oven to. degrees. Secure a 13 x 9 dish, grease pan. Combined everything into skillet.

    Pour or scoop it into greased dish. Bake for 35 min.Serve Fruit Sald or Gaden Salad. Enjoy
