Ingredients
- 6 - (4oz) boneless skinless chicken breasts or chicken tenders
- 2 packages buddig pastrami
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon course ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon adobo seasoning mix
- - toasted almonds

Step 1Pre heat oven to 350 degrees with oven rack set in the center of oven.

Step 2Spray 7x11 inch baking dish.

Step 3Tear pastrami into pieces and place in the bottom of baking dish.

Step 4Wrap each piece of chicken in bacon and place over pastrami in pan.

Step 5Mix together Cream of mushroom soup, garlic, and spices until well mixes and spoon over chicken pieces.

Step 6Sprinkle with Toasted almonds.

Step 7Bake 1 hour or until chicken reaches 165 degrees on an oven thermometer.
