Ingredients

  • 6 - (4oz) boneless skinless chicken breasts or chicken tenders
  • 2 packages buddig pastrami
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon course ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon adobo seasoning mix
  • - toasted almonds

How To Make sumptuous low fat chicken almondine

  • Step 1
    Pre heat oven to 350 degrees with oven rack set in the center of oven.
  • Step 2
    Spray 7x11 inch baking dish.
  • Step 3
    Tear pastrami into pieces and place in the bottom of baking dish.
  • Step 4
    Wrap each piece of chicken in bacon and place over pastrami in pan.
  • Step 5
    Mix together Cream of mushroom soup, garlic, and spices until well mixes and spoon over chicken pieces.
  • Step 6
    Sprinkle with Toasted almonds.
  • Step 7
    Bake 1 hour or until chicken reaches 165 degrees on an oven thermometer.
