(4oz) boneless skinless chicken breasts or chicken tenders
2 pkg
buddig pastrami
6 slice
turkey bacon
1 can(s)
reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c
fat free sour cream
2 clove
garlic minced
1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp
course ground black pepper
1 tsp
adobo seasoning mix
toasted almonds

How to Make Sumptuous Low Fat Chicken Almondine


  • 1Pre heat oven to 350 degrees with oven rack set in the center of oven.
  • 2Spray 7x11 inch baking dish.
  • 3Tear pastrami into pieces and place in the bottom of baking dish.
  • 4Wrap each piece of chicken in bacon and place over pastrami in pan.
  • 5Mix together Cream of mushroom soup, garlic, and spices until well mixes and spoon over chicken pieces.
  • 6Sprinkle with Toasted almonds.
  • 7Bake 1 hour or until chicken reaches 165 degrees on an oven thermometer.
