Spicy Moscato Chicken
3-4large chicken breasts
32 ozsalsa (i used corn and blackbean)
2 cradiatore noodles
1 1/2 cmoscato wine
·garnish: cilantro and shredded cheese. i used mozarella and chpotle white cheddar
How to Make Spicy Moscato Chicken
- Add chicken, mushrooms, salsa, curry and cumin to crockpot. I used completely frozen chicken. No need to thaw.
- Cook on low - medium for about 6-7 hours, until chicken is tender.
- Boil noodles. Add noodles, wine and corn to crockpot (I used frozen corn).
