I made these tasty chicken strips for the kids, but are good enough to serve to company. the tender strips are moist and juicy and will also go great on a salad.
In a shallow bowl, combinethe eggs, mustard, and garlic. In another bowl combine the bread crumbs, basil, salt, and pepper. Dip the chicken into the egg mixture, then roll in the bread crumbs.

Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Babe at 400 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, and juices run clear.
