Seasoned Chicken Strips
1/3 cegg substitute or 2 eggs
1 Tbspprepared mustard
1garlic clove minced
3/4 cdry bread crumbs
2 tspdried basil
1 lbchicked breast cut into strips
How to Make Seasoned Chicken Strips
- In a shallow bowl, combinethe eggs, mustard, and garlic. In another bowl combine the bread crumbs, basil, salt, and pepper. Dip the chicken into the egg mixture, then roll in the bread crumbs.
- Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Babe at 400 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, and juices run clear.
