rustic dinner pie

Quick and easy recipe even the kids or grandkids can help with this, as it is so unstructured. So take a break during the coming holidays and make this at home- fun to do with friends in the kitchen helping out adding their favorite topping or sliced fresh fruit. You can use leftover shredded chicken, turkey, ham, or crumbled cooked sausage in place of the bacon. So easy and fun to have breakfast for lunch or dinner! Drizzle on a little Maple syrup for an added flavor boost! Original recipe by Jill Lust- tweaked a little by me. Hugs.
