How to Make PLUM CHEESE CHICKEN
- Pound chicken until thin and flat. Sprinkle with, salt, pepper, and one dash garlic powder.
- Mix softened cream cheese, plum jam, and, worstershire, and one dash of garlic powder. Spread evenly on each chicken breast.
- Roll jelly roll style. Dip each chicken breast in melted butter then roll in bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Don't over bake or chicken will be tough.
