these crispy-skinned chicken legs have a little bit of a kick, you can change the amount of spices to suit your family's taste.

1/2 call-purpose baking mix ( bisguick)

1 Tbsppaprika

2 tspcreole seasoning

1 tspsalt

How to Make Oven - Fried Drumsticks
- prepare oven to 450, pour the vegetable oil evenly over the bottom of a large baking pan.
- combine the baking mix, paprika , creole seasoning, salt , garlic powder, italian seasoning, and black pepper in a large bowl, mix well. pour into a paper bag.
- add the chicken , a few at a time, to the bag and shake to coat the chicken. arrange on the prepared baking pan.
- bake the chicked, turning once, until juices run clear when pierced with the tip of a knif, about 30 minutes.
