I found this in a magazine--it came from frenchsfoods.com. Very crispy onion crust coats the chicken for a different taste--delicious!

Ingredients
- 4 - chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 1 1/3 cups french fried onions or cheddar french fried onions
- 1 - egg, beaten
How To Make onion chicken

Step 1Place french fried onions into plastic bag. Lightly crush with hands or with rolling pin.

Step 2Dip chicken into egg; then coat with onion pieces. Place chicken on baking sheet.

Step 3Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes, turning halfway through baking time
