Ingredients
- 4 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup fresh kale, chopped
- 1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon cardamon, ground
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

Step 1preheat oven to 400 degrees

Step 2slice chicken breasts lengthwise

Step 3tear up kale and spinach mix all ingredients except panko and yogurt in a separate bowl and place a good handful on one side of the chicken breast then fold the other half over

Step 4use a spoon and coat the chicken breast with yogurt and and lightly coat with panko

Step 5bake for 40-45 mins until chicken is done....remove from oven let sit 5 mins and serve
