I have tried other potatoe soup recipes but this one is my favorite! You can use fat free cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup.

Ingredients

1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken broth
1 package o'brien hash browns

How To Make my quick and easy potatoe soup

Step 1

Pour all in a crock pot and cook on low until potatoes are soft.

Step 2

Pour into bowls and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Step 3

Serve with Mexican cornbread.
