I have tried other potatoe soup recipes but this one is my favorite! You can use fat free cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup.

  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can(s)
    chicken broth
  • 1 pkg
    o'brien hash browns

How to Make My quick and easy potatoe soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Pour all in a crock pot and cook on low until potatoes are soft.
  2. Pour into bowls and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  3. Serve with Mexican cornbread.
