Having to be on a low carb, wheat free diet means you have to cut out some of your favorite foods, but that doesn't have to mean pizza! You won't be able to pick this up and eat it but it still tastes fantastic!

Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 8 ounces neufchatel cheese (or regular cream cheese), room temp
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder with parsley
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- TOPPINGS
- 1/2 cup spaghetti or pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- - whatever toppings you would like
How To Make low carb wheat free pizza

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat a13x9 glass baking dish with nonstick spray.

Step 2In a bowl, beat neufchatel, eggs, black pepper, garlic powder and Parmesan on medium high speed until well blended. Spread into prepared baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden. Allow to cook for at least 10 minutes.

Step 3Spread pizza sauce over cooled crust, add toppings and cheese. Dust lightly with garlic powder. Bake an additional 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.
