Having to be on a low carb, wheat free diet means you have to cut out some of your favorite foods, but that doesn't have to mean pizza! You won't be able to pick this up and eat it but it still tastes fantastic!
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat a13x9 glass baking dish with nonstick spray.
2In a bowl, beat neufchatel, eggs, black pepper, garlic powder and Parmesan on medium high speed until well blended. Spread into prepared baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden. Allow to cook for at least 10 minutes.
3Spread pizza sauce over cooled crust, add toppings and cheese. Dust lightly with garlic powder. Bake an additional 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.
