Ingredients

  • 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 package of 1 oz pkg, ranch dressing mix
  • 2 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 - egg whites, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons butter

How To Make low-cal crispy ranch chicken

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 375. Spry a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In a shallow bowl, mix cereal, ranch dressing mix and parmesan cheese.
  • Step 2
    Dip chicken into egg whites, then roll in cereal mix to coat evenly. Place chicken on baking sheet. Drizzle w/ butter.
  • Step 3
    Bake for 30-35 mins, or until no longer pink inside.
