Ingredients

  • 4
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 pkg
    of 1 oz pkg, ranch dressing mix
  • 2 c
    crispy rice cereal
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 2
    egg whites, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter

How to Make Low-cal crispy ranch chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 375. Spry a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In a shallow bowl, mix cereal, ranch dressing mix and parmesan cheese.
  2. Dip chicken into egg whites, then roll in cereal mix to coat evenly. Place chicken on baking sheet. Drizzle w/ butter.
  3. Bake for 30-35 mins, or until no longer pink inside.
