Low-cal crispy ranch chicken
boneless, skinless chicken breasts
of 1 oz pkg, ranch dressing mix
grated parmesan cheese
How to Make Low-cal crispy ranch chicken
1Heat oven to 375. Spry a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In a shallow bowl, mix cereal, ranch dressing mix and parmesan cheese.
2Dip chicken into egg whites, then roll in cereal mix to coat evenly. Place chicken on baking sheet. Drizzle w/ butter.
3Bake for 30-35 mins, or until no longer pink inside.
