How to Make lo carb jalapeno lime marinated grilled chicken

  1. In a small bowl, squeeze all the juice from the limes, cut up the jalapenos into rings and add to bowl (I use seeds and all). Put chicken breast into a ziploc bag and pour in the juice and peppers. Marinate overnight. Broil, bake or grill, pouring marinade over top of lined pan or grill. In oven, should be about 350 degrees -20-25 mins or high setting on grill should be about 5-10 mins on each side.
  2. chicken - 0 carbs
lime juice - approx. 3.4 g. carbs per lime
    jalapenos - approx. .5 g. carbs per pepper, .5 g fiber per pepper = 0 net carbs
