I got this easy, 3 ingredient recipe over 20 yrs ago in a local newspaper (The Journal Inquirer) in CT & LOOOVE it, especially for grilling in Summer, Makes for a nice lightly sweet flavor. This recipe info is based on one serving - alter to taste and serving sizes

- 1 - boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 1/2 - limes
- 3 - fresh jalapenos
How To Make lo carb jalapeno lime marinated grilled chicken

Step 1In a small bowl, squeeze all the juice from the limes, cut up the jalapenos into rings and add to bowl (I use seeds and all). Put chicken breast into a ziploc bag and pour in the juice and peppers. Marinate overnight. Broil, bake or grill, pouring marinade over top of lined pan or grill. In oven, should be about 350 degrees -20-25 mins or high setting on grill should be about 5-10 mins on each side.
