A super easy and flavorful chicken breast recipe. I've cooked it numerous times, and my husband is always bothering me to make it.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons light molasses
  • 3 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 5 medium chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

How To Make lemon/garlic chicken breasts

  • Step 1
    Pre-heat oven to about 400 degrees. (give or take a few degrees depending the oven).
  • Step 2
    Combine the lemon juice, molasses, worcestershire sauce, garlic and brown sugar. Mix well. Add chicken breasts, and marinade in the fridge for about 1 1/2 -2 hours. Turn the chicken about halfway through the marinade process.
  • Step 3
    Spray cooking spray into a casserole dish. Remove chicken from marinade, reserving the rest of the marinade. Place the chicken into the dish, and cover with the rest of the marinade.
  • Step 4
    Place into the oven, and bake until juices inside the chicken run clear. Remove from oven, and serve.
