Ingredients
- 1-3/4 cup crushed kellog's cornflake crumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 pounds chicken pieces, pat dry.
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
How To Make kellog's crispy chicken

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a shallow baking pan w/ cooking spray.

Step 2Place cornflake crumb in a lg shallow dish or bowl. In another bowl, slightly beat egg w/ milk. Add flour, salt and pepper, mix until sooth.

Step 3Dip chicken pieces in batter, then roll in crumb mix. Place chicken in single layer in pan, drizzle w/ butter. Bake about 45 min, or until no longer pink inside.
