juicy baked chicken thighs
Another quickie dish. I had some stale jalapeno cheese bread and didn't want to throw it out, so I put it in the food processor and ta da, the most delicious, juicy, tender chicken I've ever had in my life.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
- 2 cups jalapeno cheese bread crumbs
- 4 ounces plain greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mrs. dash original blend
- 1/2 teaspoon ea. granulated garlic and granulated onion
How To Make juicy baked chicken thighs

Step 1Mix together yogurt and spices. Place jalapeno bread into food processor and bring to crumbs.

Step 2Rub chicken thighs on both sides with yogurt mix. Place bread crumbs in large ziploc bag. Place rubbed chicken in bag and coat.

Step 3Bake 375° for 30 min.
