I served this with a Light Cesaer Salad. It was a huge hit for a quick throw together last minute idea.

I only marinated the chicken for 10 minutes on the portions I was serving to the kids. So it wouldnt be as spicy. The longer you leave it the spicer it gets.

  • 1 lb
    foster farms chicken breast tenders
  • 2 large
    jalepeno peppers diced in semi large chunks
  • 1/2` c
    soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp
    celery salt
  • 2-3
    splashes of lemon juice
  • 2 clove
    garlic chopped

How to Make Jalepeno Grilled Chicken Breast Tenders


  1. rinse chicken tenders in cold water and put in a large bowl. Add all ingredients and mix well. Set aside for atleast 30 minutes.
  2. Grill chicken tenders on a open grill or george forman until done about 4-6 mins on each side. Serve.
