jalepeno grilled chicken breast tenders
I served this with a light Caesar salad. It was a huge hit for a quick throw-together last-minute idea. I only marinated the chicken for 10 minutes on the portions I was serving to the kids. So it wouldn't be as spicy. The longer you leave it the spicer it gets.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
These jalapeno grilled chicken breast tenders are not your ordinary chicken tenders. A marinade of soy sauce, lemon juice, jalapeno peppers, and spices tenderizes the chicken and adds flavor. Grilling the chicken seals in the juices too. They're spicy without being too spicy.
