Been making this delicious dish for 2 years now and is one of my all time faves. So easy and so flavorful. I eat as is, but could serve with a side salad or if not doing low carb, serve with a side of rice.

Pressure Cooker/Instant Pot


  • 1 lb
    ground chicken, lean ground beef or ground pork - i use ground chicken
  • 14 oz
    classic coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 c
    beef broth
  • 1 small
    chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp
    braggs liquid aminos or soy sauce
  • 1 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 3 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    chinese five spice powder
  • Salt
    and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive or avocado oil

How to Make ~ IP Egg Roll Bowl ( keto) ~


  1. Set Instant Pot on sauté. Once hot add oil and onion. Sauté one minute. Add meat and brown, breaking apart as it cooks. If a lot of fat, drain.
  2. Add five spice, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, pepper and amino’s.

    Turn off pot and add broth. Evenly distribute cole slaw mix on top. Forgot to take a pic, do not stir. Place lid on pot and turn seal nob
  3. Set pot High pressure for 0 minutes. Just keep hitting minus button until 00 appears. When time is up do a quick release.
  4. Remove lid, stir and enjoy!

    1 cup has 261 calories, 8.4 carbs, 3.1 fiber, 16 protein
