Ingredients

4 ccooked chicken or turkey

2 ccelery, diced or chopped fine

3/4 to 1 cmayonnaise dressing

1/4 tspaccent

·dash of pepper

1 tspseasoned salt

4hard boiled eggs, sliced or chopped

2 Tbsplemon juice
-
2/3 calmonds, chopped

1/2 cripe olives, sliced

2 tspminced onion
-
1 1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded or grated
-
1 1/2 ccrushed potato chips or french fried onion rings
-
1 ccream of mushroom or chicken soup,undiluted
How to Make Hot Overnight Chicken Casserole
- Place chicken in a sprayed 9x13-inch baking dish. add eggs. Combine celery and olives and spread evenly over chicken and eggs. Combine soup,mayonnaise,salt,pepper,accent, onion and lemon juice and pour over casserole.Top with potato chips and cheese and then almonds. (at this point it can be covered and chilled overnight) or bake it now at 400^ for 20-25 minutes.
