4 ozphily cream cheese, softened
1 can(s)reduced-sodium cream of mushroom soup
1/4 citalian salad dressing
1/4 cdry white wine
1-1/2 lbchicken thighs, skinless and boneless
1/2 lbangel hair pasta,uncooked
2 Tbspparsley, freshly chopped
How to Make Heavenly Angel Chicken
- In a medium bowl combine the first 4 ingredients with a whisk until well blended. Then pour over the chicken in a slow cooker. Cook on low heat for about 4 to 5 hours or on high for about 2 to 3 hours.
- Cook pasta as directed on the package & drain. Serve with the chicken mixture & parsley.
- Special Tip: For a non-alcoholoc variation substitute with water or chicken broth.
