lower sodium salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
1/4 tsp
or more, cayenne pepper

boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp
olive oil

red onion, diced
3 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 large
ripe avocado, diced.
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Healthy avocado chicken

Step-by-Step

  • 1In small bowl, combine salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Rub evenly into chicken breasts.
  • 2Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add chicken to skillet and cook 5-7 min each side, or until no longer pink in the middle.
  • 3In bowl, stir together red onion, lemon juice and avocado. Season w/ salt & pepper. Spoon avocado mix over chicken.
