Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon lower sodium salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon or more, cayenne pepper
- 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 - red onion, diced
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 large ripe avocado, diced.
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make healthy avocado chicken

Step 1In small bowl, combine salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Rub evenly into chicken breasts.

Step 2Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add chicken to skillet and cook 5-7 min each side, or until no longer pink in the middle.

Step 3In bowl, stir together red onion, lemon juice and avocado. Season w/ salt & pepper. Spoon avocado mix over chicken.
