Ingredients
- 1-1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs and/or breasts
- 2 cups corn flake crumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
How To Make healthier chicken nuggets!

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees, spray a 10x15 inch rectangular baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2Trim chicken of excess fat and cut into bite-size pieces.

Step 3Mix together corn flakes and spices in a large plastic zip lock bag.

Step 4Add a few pieces of chicken at a time to crumb mixture. Shake to coat evenly.

Step 5Place chicken pieces on prepared baking sheet so that they are not touching.

Step 6Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces!
