Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef, lightly browned
- 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 - carrots, sliced
- 1 can peas, drained
- 1 can tomato soup
How To Make farmer's delight

Step 1Place half of ground beef in bottom of frying pan, and half of the potatoes. Sprinkle half the chopped onions, carrots and peas over potatoes. Repeat layers. Mix soup with 1 1/4 soup can of water. Pour over all. Cover and cook on top of the stove, over low heat for about 45 minutes, or until potatoes and carrots are tender. Makes 4-6 servings.
