this is another thai style recipe of mine

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken, thinly sliced along grain
  • 4 large eggs
  • 5 1/2 cups cooked boiled rice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 ounces onion peeled, sliced
  • 2 large tomatoes,cut into 4

How To Make egg fried rice with chicken

  • Step 1
    heat the oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the chicken slices and stir-fry for 2 minutes until all the slices are cooked through and the juices run clear.
  • Step 2
    Break the eggs into the wok and stir constantly until the are cooked and resemble a broken omelete. Add the rice, season with the soy sauce, sugar, and salt, and continue stir-frying until nthe ingrediances are well mixed.Add the onion and tomato and continue stir-frying for 30 seconds.
  • Step 3
    tip the rice into a bowl. serve
