Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 lb
    boneless, skinless chicken, thinly sliced along grain
  • 4 large
    eggs
  • 5 1/2 c
    cooked boiled rice
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 2 1/2 tsp
    white sugar
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 3 oz
    onion peeled, sliced
  • 2 large
    tomatoes,cut into 4

How to Make egg fried rice with chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. heat the oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the chicken slices and stir-fry for 2 minutes until all the slices are cooked through and the juices run clear.
  2. Break the eggs into the wok and stir constantly until the are cooked and resemble a broken omelete. Add the rice, season with the soy sauce, sugar, and salt, and continue stir-frying until nthe ingrediances are well mixed.Add the onion and tomato and continue stir-frying for 30 seconds.
  3. tip the rice into a bowl. serve
