Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken, thinly sliced along grain
- 4 large eggs
- 5 1/2 cups cooked boiled rice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 ounces onion peeled, sliced
- 2 large tomatoes,cut into 4
How To Make egg fried rice with chicken

Step 1heat the oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the chicken slices and stir-fry for 2 minutes until all the slices are cooked through and the juices run clear.

Step 2Break the eggs into the wok and stir constantly until the are cooked and resemble a broken omelete. Add the rice, season with the soy sauce, sugar, and salt, and continue stir-frying until nthe ingrediances are well mixed.Add the onion and tomato and continue stir-frying for 30 seconds.

Step 3tip the rice into a bowl. serve
