1/4 call-purpose flour
3/4 tspseasoned salt
1 1/4 ccrushed cornflakes
1/3 cbutter, melted
1 1/2 lbskinless chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch strips
How to Make EASY CHICKEN STRIPS
- In a shallow bowl, cimbune flour and seasoned salt. Place cornflafes and butter in separate shallow bowls. Coat chicken with flour mixture, then dip in butter and coat with cornflakes. Transfer to a ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until no longer pink. Makes 6 servings.
