diet friendly chicken parmesean
Monday I started a "4 Week Eat Healthy Challenge." This was the frist healthy dish I made. I have made it before other ways but this was the frist time I did it up a healthy style. It tasted great. Uncle loved it. I will make this agian.

Ingredients
- 4 - chicken breast, boneless & skinless 5oz. each
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese, 0.88oz.
- 1/2 cup prego traditional italian sauce
- dash salt, pepper & garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 - dried rosemary leaves
- dash ground oregano
- dash dried basil
How To Make diet friendly chicken parmesean

Step 1Frist season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Then heat skillet with 1 tbs. olive oil.

Step 2Next cook chicken till done and transfer to a baking dish. Then cover each chicken breast with 1/8 cup Prego Sauce, 1 slice of cheese and dashes of herbs.

Step 3Then bake in countertop oven, broiler or regular oven till cheese is melted and slightly browned.
