Monday I started a "4 Week Eat Healthy Challenge." This was the frist healthy dish I made. I have made it before other ways but this was the frist time I did it up a healthy style. It tasted great. Uncle loved it. I will make this agian.

  • 4
    chicken breast, boneless & skinless 5oz. each
  • 4 slice
    mozzarella cheese, 0.88oz.
  • 1/2 c
    prego traditional italian sauce
  • dash(es)
    salt, pepper & garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 4
    dried rosemary leaves
  • dash(es)
    ground oregano
  • dash(es)
    dried basil

How to Make Diet Friendly Chicken Parmesean


  1. Frist season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Then heat skillet with 1 tbs. olive oil.
  2. Next cook chicken till done and transfer to a baking dish. Then cover each chicken breast with 1/8 cup Prego Sauce, 1 slice of cheese and dashes of herbs.
  3. Then bake in countertop oven, broiler or regular oven till cheese is melted and slightly browned.
