4 slicemozzarella cheese, 0.88oz.
1/2 cprego traditional italian sauce
dash(es)salt, pepper & garlic powder
1 Tbspolive oil
4dried rosemary leaves
How to Make Diet Friendly Chicken Parmesean
- Frist season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Then heat skillet with 1 tbs. olive oil.
- Next cook chicken till done and transfer to a baking dish. Then cover each chicken breast with 1/8 cup Prego Sauce, 1 slice of cheese and dashes of herbs.
- Then bake in countertop oven, broiler or regular oven till cheese is melted and slightly browned.
