This is straight from the Weight Watchers program with the jump start your weight loss. It is surprisingly good. My hubs always liked it when I did WW bc he lost weight too with no effort on his part. Note the size of the portion, no we are not kidding 3 oz!

Ingredients
- 3/4 ounce cornflakes, crushed
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon esch salt and pepper or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder
- 3 ounces uncooked chicken cutlet, pounded thin
- 1 tablespoon skim milk
- 2 teaspoons reduced calorie margarine
How To Make crunchy baked chicken

Step 1Pound out the chicken in a plastic zip lock bag

Step 2Combine the first 7 ingredients, set aside.

Step 3Brush chicken with skim milk, then coat with cereal mixture.

Step 4Spray a shallow baking dish with non stick spray and put the chicken on the prepared dish.

Step 5Dot cutlet with the red cal butter and bake in a pre heated 400° for 15 minutes, or until it tests done.
