Ingredients
- 1-1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cans (14.75 oz.ea.) sweet cream style corn
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1-1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons italian parsley or cilantro, chopped
How To Make creamy corn, chicken & rice bake

Step 1In a large bowl, stir together chili powder, oregano and butter. Add chicken and stir to coat.

Step 2Add corn, rice, cheese, onion and parsley; stir to evenly combine all ingredients.

Step 3Spread mixture into a 13x9" glass baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

Step 4Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 40-45 minutes, or until edges are bubbling and chicken is cooked. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
