Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 large onion-diced
- 1 can 15oz black beans -rinsed/drained
- 3/4 cup bbq sauce
- 6 slices bacon-cooked
- 1-8.5 oz box jiffy cornbread mix-read pkg directions.
- 1 large egg
How To Make cowboy bbq chicken beans and bacon skillet

Step 1Cook and shred chicken. Open Black beans. Rinse and drain. Set both aside in another bowl Add in BBQ sauce. Stir to coat.

Step 2In that skillet, cook bacon; drain drippings into a tin can for later use. Put can in fridge. Drain bacon on paper towels.

Step 3Heat in same Skillet , add in chopped onion. cook until translucent. Add Chicken black beans and crumbled bacon. Spread out evenly.

Step 4Preheat oven to 400 .

Step 5Mix up Jiffy Mix. Spread over chicken mixture. Bake 22-25 min.
