chicken and sticky rice
This is the first dinner I really made on my own, when I moved out of my parents house and had my first date over for dinner I made this dish, he loved the dish but didn't win his heart; it is one of my hubby's favorite rib sticking fall back on winter dinner. It's easy to put together and tastes great; great for a chore day.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups minute rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup ( i use herbed cream of chicken soup)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup ( i use cream of chicken and mushroom soup)
- 1 can soup can milk
- 1 - fryer chicken, cut up
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- - salt & pepper
- - paprika
How To Make chicken and sticky rice

Step 1Mix rice soups, and milk together in casserole dish. Place the chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle with the dry onion soup, salt and pepper and paprika to taste.

Step 2Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or at 250 degrees for 2 1/2 hours uncovered.

Step 3NOTE: May add 1 can sliced mushrooms and or sliced water chestnuts.
