How to Make Chicken Souvlaki Dip
- As chicken is marinading, make your tzatziki sauce. *While pressing the garlic for the marinade, also press for the sauce*.
Grate your cucumber using a mini chopper or silver bullet, much easier, trust me! Drain in a small sieve. In a medium bowl, add the rest of the ingredients, finally add your cucumber and salt & pepper to taste. Cover with saran wrap, place in fridge and chill. - Remove chicken from oven. Let cool for a few minutes.
In a food processor, add chicken cubes, and a drizzle of the cooked marinade broth. Pulse on low for till chicken starts to break down. Add the rest of the marinade broth and pulse till chicken has been broken down, is now a fine "glob ball like" mass.
