Chicken Parisienne for Crock Pot
I like to use ground turkey, cream of chicken or tomato soup, sometimes.
6 smallboneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1/2 tspseasoned salt
1/2 tspblack pepper
1/2 tsphungarian sweet paprika
10 3/4 ozcan condensed cream of chicken or celery or mushroom soup, undiluted
8 ozin a can -sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cdry white wine or chicken broth
1 csour cream
6 chot cooked wide egg noodles or hot cooked rice
How to Make Chicken Parisienne for Crock Pot
- Place chicken in sprayed with oil slow cooker.
sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
Add soup, mushrooms and wine to cooker, mix well.
- Cover, cook on High for 2 to 3 hours.
Add sour cream during last 30 minutes of cooking. Serve over noodles. Garnish with chopped chives or green onions if desired.
Drizzle a bit of sweet honey over each serving ,if desired.
