chicken noodle stroganoff
I had some leftover chicken and crumbled bacon from another recipe, so I am making up a new recipe. I am confident that I can execute this dish, and it will be delicious! This is my skillet version. I wanted to make a stroganoff using chicken.

Ingredients
- 1 can 14oz cream of mushroom soup
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 1- 1/2 pounds leftover chicken. shredded or chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 16 ounces pkg. egg noodles
- 1 package mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic. diced
How To Make chicken noodle stroganoff

Step 1Cook pasta until al'dente'. Drain pasta.

Step 2Heat oil on med/high heat. Add onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Saute' until onion is translucent and fragrant.

Step 3Reduce heat.Add in cream of Mushroom and sour cream to Skillet mixture. If it's too thick, add a little water or broth.Stir to combined.

Step 4Bring back up heat. Add in chicken and pasta. Mix thoroughly .

Step 5I topped with real cooked bacon crumbles. Happy Dinner!
